Fieldwork is one of mine and my boyfriend's favorite breweries! Not only do they have good food (the pizza is amazing), they also have great beers! We personally love any of their "parfait" line of beers which is a fruited sour ale. They also have a ton more options to choose from and the staff is very helpful if you're unsure what to get

We go to the Fieldwork in Berkeley all the time so it's great to see them opening more breweries around the state. It's amazing that Fieldwork now has 9 locations around California. Great to come to Sacramento and be able to add Fieldwork to your brewery run. Sacramento is one of the great, underrated beer areas of California. Of course we had our usual Pulp and St. Thomas (which we also found we can get at Costco) and a couple others and of course the Detroit styled pizza is great. Service is also excellent, remember that when you got some other places where it's not. We'll be back for sure.

This brewery is kid friendly but we didn't have the kids with us. We ordered the Hot Pretzel, Brussels Sprouts, Arancini, Hail Mary, and the Honey Calabrian Wings. The wings and pizza sooooooo amazing. Thank you so much!

Got the black diamond detroit style w/ veggie sausage! It's always nice to find a good detroit style pizza. A bit expensive though, but took 15 minutes and was a comfort food on a rainy day! The bottom of the pizza was quite soggy and soaked through the box but the crust was crispy as needed

Food and service is great , when in Sacramento this is my go to spot, I can sit outside with my dogs and it's a quick walk from where I'm staying downtown.

Ambiance: nice, spacious area with brightish lighting. Service: the girl that took our order was really friendly and you can taste a beer before you commit to buying a pint. Food: our food was tasty. And shout out for offering a great N/A beer for those of us who don't drink alcohol

Fieldwork is a relaxed place to enjoy a pizza and beer (or maybe a few). I came on a weekend afternoon and was greeted at the counter. Staff gave us the option to either order with them or with the QR code at the table, and we decided to take our time and order online. We ordered the last chance, "Run in the Park" Detroit-style pizza and two beers. I was surprised to learn that this is last chance as it's my go-to order! The pizza was delectable and loaded with shaved Brussel sprouts, ricotta, and bacon, and the beer was crispy and light. Definitely looking forward to coming back and recommend for anyone looking for a good bite in Midtown!

Fieldwork has been on my team's list to visit for lunch for quite some time so we finally made it! None of us had the opportunity to enjoy their variety of beers (work hours) just lunch and I'd say for the most part all of us were satisfied. Common theme for our pizza feedback was it could've used more salt/seasoning. The restaurant has two sides: main entrance is where you order to go or grab some beers conveniently available in their fridges with access to the public and other is where the dining room is. Plenty of room between tables all varying in height and size. Booth/chair tables, long tables with benches, and long high top tables. There was nine in our group so the long table & benches suited us all better. QR codes are located on the table to easily view the menu on your phone and place your own order. My friend and I shared the Crispy Cauliflower and Margherita Pizza. Cauliflower was plentiful, deliciously seasoned, and the light crispy fried exterior was perfection! This was also paired with a lemon aioli which I really enjoyed. Pizza was beautiful but so bland. Salt would've made this go from a 6 to 10! I'd love to come back and try another starter and pizza. A few in our group got their Caesar Salad with chicken which looked amazing.

Stumbled upon Fieldwork Brewing Company by chance, as we originally planned to dine nearby. But the wait time was way too long, and so we started to look elsewhere and Fieldworks outdoor dining area caught our attention. Walking in, we were happily greeted and welcomed by a gentleman behind the bar area. He gave us the run down of the food options that they had, noting that some meals were special to online ordering. He also gave us a sample of two beers we were interested in trying, which we ended up choosing to order. We also ordered the Hot & Bothered pizza and fried cauliflower appetizer, and sat out in the smaller patio while we waited for our food. Field work has two separate patio area, one where we sat has a single table, and individual chairs. While the other side are tables for 4 and larger. The fried cauliflower was good, and the pizza was different but in a good way. The Hot & Bothered pizza is ha d tossed, with fresh ricotta cheese, a a type of pepper we were familiar with. Chopped, it looked like fresh Okra but it has a nice mild taste. Overall: Nice location in-between Siblings and Zocalo's. Was a pleasant find and surprise on a nice Sunday morning. Good drinks and good food.
